Katie, Vinny, Sue, and I just finished the 3rd round of the alphabetical Noah’s Ark game. Perfect for a trip like this! At the moment what is happening in the adjacent seats is this: Sue, Kate, and Glory are singing “Breathe (2am)” after a failed attempt at “New York, NY”. Incidentally we’re in Manhattan and just dropped off Quistells’ Bible Study-I wish I could remember her name.
Dory and Amanda are practicing their dramatic role playing. I think Dory is the temperamental director and Amanda the objectionable Prima Donna. But they work. Now they’re working out a song they’ve both collaborated to perform.
All the kids are loud and restless but happy. All the adults are tired, hot and want to get off the bus. But it’s been an extremely good day overall and we’ve had some very memorable things happen that we will tell our families and friends for years to come.
