Inaudible Melodies

This weekend I listened to Brushfire Fairytales whilst burning my skin to a crisp on Cape May on the Jersey Shore with 11 other girls. Because good weekends (like this one past) rarely last long enough, I'm not going to re-assimilate into the usual routine. Instead I want my mini-holiday to stretch. Don't got sand and I'm shrouded from all sun spots so I'll settle for Jack Johnson...Middle Man, Inaudible Melodies, Posters, Bubble Toes, Mudfootball, F-Stop Blues, It's All Understood, and best of all Flake...

Thinking about the unbelievable stack of CD's I'd have to sort thru to find this archived CD, I sat down infront of the shelf of discs prepared to be there for a while but the second disc from the top was Jack!!! "I should have asked for a million dollars!"...why don't we ask for a million dollars? I'm gonna go around asking for a million dollars. Is it gonna hurt me if I ask? Don't think so! Might get a few strange looks, but let's face it, I personally AM a strange look. One day you'll all be so jealous because I'll have asked for a million dollars, and you all scoffed at me because it was so absurd a thought. Sometimes the absurd works!

Great get-away weekend! Thanks Sue for graduating and being a nice enough girl that we all wanted to come along to celebrate with you!!!!;) Between the knitting, the Mancala, the sunburns, the screaming and giggling and spoiled surprises and staying up till ungodly hours...we are all officially bonded. You'll be able to read ALL about the weekend on her blog soon (I'm pretty sure).
