A Case Of Mistaken Identity

So for some time now I have been a victim of what some people would call Mistaken Identity. Perhaps this has been a plight for you as well. However, ever since my transmigration to this fair side of the country, I have been in close proximity of a religious group that I tend to mimic (unintentionally)in my dress and grooming out in service - Hasidic Jews.

Perhaps it's the haircut that throws them off, but I've been offered pamplets on the street to join Jewish Women's Organizations. Yesterday I was actually AT a door when an older Jewish couple approached Brandon and me and wished us a happy Shabbis (Sabbath). Chuck and I must've looked Jewish(he was wearing a hat). Then the Jewish man asked in Hebrew if I was Jewish. Somewhere between the time I worked at the Jewish doctor's office and now I must've picked up Hebrew because I knew EXACTLY what he had asked me, and of course I answered (in English)that no, in fact, we were Jehovah's Witnesses. Though they were polite after that, they swiftly walked away-the wife mumbling something about us being 'Religious People'.

And from time to time, I'll hear that someone will see a Jewish girl walking down the street and think it's me...

I suppose there are worse things that one could be mistaken for...

What, or Who, are you always mistaken to be??
